Kempthorne and Dr. Francisco J. Samaniego, to be offered on behalf of the Joint Intervenors at the reopened hearings on design quality assurance commencing on October 31, 1983.
In addition, consistent with the Board's October 7, 1983 Order, I have enclosed the Joint Intervenors' exhibit list and affidavits regarding the qualifications of Drs. Kempthorne and Samaniego.
