Buck and Johnson:
In the Appeal Board's Order of October 7, 1983, you requested that the, parties provide an affidavit accompanying the statement of qualifications of each witness filing testimony in the Diablo Canyon proceeding.
As our letter to the Appeal Board of October 14, 1983, states, the IDVP com-plied with this direction except for the affidavit of Roger F.
Mr.
Reedy who was away from his office until very recently.
Reedy has now signed an affidavit verifying the accuracy of the statement of qualifications submitted with his direct testimony and that affidavit La attached.
