. Restraining Order prohibiting the random testing at Diablo Canyon

As you know, we intend to file this afternoon a request with H the Ninth circuit for an emergency stay of the Commission's random l

In light of all of the foregoing developments, I am requesting, on behalf of the class of Plaintiffs in the above natter, that the Commission immediately order PG&E to refrain from any random drug testing until such time as the
