Dear Commissioners and Staff:
In accordance with Section V, " Implementing Procedures" of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, enclosed is an update to the emergency plan implementing procedures for the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Units 1 and 2.
~ As provided under 10 CFR 50.54(q), the changes in this update have been made without commission approval since they do not decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan; and the plan, as changed, continues to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.
This update contains privacy / proprietary information that has been bracketed in j
accordance with NRC Generic Letter 81-27, " Privacy and Proprietary Material in Emergency Plans."
