Virginia Electric and Power Company  Docket No. 50-338 North Anna Unit 1    License No. NPF-4 The following violations were identified during an inspection conducted on September 2 - October 6,1985.- The Severity Levels were assigned in accordance with the NRC Enforcement Policy (10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C).
 
Technical Specification (TS) 6.8.1 requires that written procedures be established, implemented and maintained covering the areas recommended in Appendix A of Regulatory Guide 1.33, Revision 2, February 1978, which includes both the areas of equipment control (tagging and locking) and operation of the Auxiliary Feedwater System during both normal and abnormal condition Contrary to the above, the requirements of the TS were not fully implemented in that: Tagging requirements in Station Administrative Procedure (ADM) 14.0, Tagging of Systat. and/or Components (March 31, 1985), were not followed during the repair of motor operated valve MOV 1588 (Work Order 5900029683).
