Description of Occurrence On 5/1/90, 1135~ hours, the Diesel Driven Fire Pump (DDFP) was removed from service to perform an annual inspection as part of the preventative maintenance program.

Operability testing was completed satisfactorily 5/8/90, 1925 hours.
