Preventative maintenance was completed and the DDFP was returned to service.

Cause of the Malfunction r
The DDFP was removed from service for annual preventative maintenance activities.
Two separate maintenance problems prevented return of the pump
(
within seven days.
During the operability run on 7/19/91, an electrical short caused the engine mounted voltage regulator to fail.
