!            support of the NRC staff motion for summary disposition of I            OCRE's Contention 9 relating to polymer degradation, indicated that the surveillance and maintenance program for l            the Perry facility was to be completed prior to fuel loading of Unit 1. Inasmuch as fttel loading of Unit I has now begun, the Appeal Board would appreciate written con-firmation that the program has been completed.
