Enclosed are results of samples taken from the Perry Nuclear Power Plant sanitary vaste system for the months of September, October, and November 1992.
All required samples vere collected and analyzed in accordance with the self-monitoring program.
The results for silver and pH are within regulatory guidelines. Additional sample analysis results are picvided for your information.
Based on my inquiry of the person or persons directly responsible for managing compliance with the standards for Total Toxic Organics, I certify that, to the best of my knowledge or belief, no dumping of concentrated toxic organics into the vastestream has occurred since filing the last discharge monitoring report.
I further certify that this facility is implementing the Total Toxic Organic Management Plan submitted to Lake County.
