... On October 6, 1972, a meeting was held in Bethesda with Connnonwealth Edison Company to discuss (1) plans for organizing information on Dresden 2 and 3 dockets (ref: ltr. to CEC dtd 7/18/72 and ltr. from CEC dtd 9/19/72) and (2) reporting of abnormal occurrences.

Hoyt) The CE representatives agreed to develop a cumulative subject index to include all technical submittals including the SAR, amendments to.the SAR, technical specifications change applications, special operations reports and semiannual reports of modifications.

(EDT) on October 20, 1972. Our reactor inspector, who was at the site, reported that the f-pproach to criticality was conducted in a safe and orderly manner and that the reactor coolant boron concentration at criticality was in reasonably close agreement with the predicted value.
