Enclosed is a copy of the amendment to Facility License No. R-76 that was received today relevant to SNM possession limits. Pl ease incorporate the SNM limits provid;d in this amendment in the new i scense since they give us more flexibility than the very stringent limits suggeeted in section 3(f) of the apolication. The lower Pu limit i. ne as we hold 10G grams of Pu under our State license but can only use 32 grams in the reactor under R-76.
