The purpose of this letter is to inform you that effective on the date of this letter, the non.
power reactor inspection will be transferred from the Region IV office to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR). All activities regarding Region IV non-power reactors including licensing, inspection, and emergency response will then be the responsibility of NRR.
