INITIAL EXAMINATION REPORT NO. 50-27/0L-93-02 During the week of August 16, 1993 the NRC administered examinations to employees of your facility who had applied for licenses to operate your Washington State University Reactor Facility. The evaluation was conducted in accordance with NUREG-1021, " Operator Licensing Examiner Standards," Revision 6.
At the conclusion of the examination, the examination questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
In accordance with lu CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosure will be placed in the Public Document Room.
