Dear Mr. Tedesco:
Enclosed is a revised copy of the Physical Security Plan for the Washington State University Nuclear Radiation Center TRIGA reactor. The revised plan reflects the changes necessary to correct the deficiencies in the previously submitted plan pointed out in your letter of September 26, 1980. The revised plan was also changed to reflect the maximum quantities of SNM allowable under the facility license rather than current holdings.
An expeditious review of the revised plan would be greatly appreciated.
