Dear Mr. Mendonca:

In a telephone conversation with Daniel Westall on June 6,1994 it was decided that one of the proposed changes for Amendment No.15 on page 35 of our Technical Specifications would

conflict with 10 CFR 20.2202(d)(2) which requires both a telephone call and a FAX in the reporting requirements. We therefore are removing this item from our list of requested changes.

Amendment No.15 should therefore include only the following items: ,
