Dear Mr. Mendonca:
In a telephone conversation with Daniel Westall on June 6,1994 it was decided that one of the proposed changes for Amendment No.15 on page 35 of our Technical Specifications would
- conflict with 10 CFR 20.2202(d)(2) which requires both a telephone call and a FAX in the reporting requirements. We therefore are removing this item from our list of requested changes.
Amendment No.15 should therefore include only the following items:
