In accordance with our recent telephone conversation, Washington State University (WSU) hereby withdraws that portion of the April 19,1990 application for amendments to the WSU Reactor Facility License No. R-76 associated with redefining the maximum power level for the WSU TRIGA reactor. We are satisfied with the current licensed power limit and those portions of the Technical Specifications associated with power level alamis and their testing.
