Requalification Program Amendment
Dear Sir:
On Thursday, September 16,1993 I sent a request to amend our Reactor Staff Requalification Program to the Document control desk, Ref: Docket 50-27 Attn: Marvin Mendonca.
Ijust discovered that the revisions we recommended were not to our most recent version of our requalification plan. Our revisions were typed into the second most recent version of the plan. This ma., tiave caused you some difficulties if you have begun a review of these documents. For this I would like to apologize.
Please suspend any activity on the requalification program review until we can send you the appropriate documents. Meanwhile we have throughout, maintained the standartis contained in our most recent requalification program. This whole problem arose because a revision log sheet for some of our seldom changed documents had not been implemented.
Also, there wem no dates on the requalification program documents.
The most recent program was submitted on October 9,1987 and the formal letter of approval by the U.S. NRC is dated December 3,1987. If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Gerald Tripard, facility director at (509) 335-0172.
