Mr. Leroy Norderhaug recently perfonned a physical security inspection of the W.S.U. Radiation Center Reactor Facility.

Since your office does not have a copy of our current Physical Security Plan, Mr. Norderhaug requested that I send a copy to you for the region's files.

I have also enclosed a copy of a new emergency plan procedure that explicitly covers the events listed on Page 14.0 of the plan.
