BOMB THREAT At2:13a.m.(EDT), July 26, 1987, the licensee received a telephoned bomb threat. The caller stated that he was angry because his place of residence lost power during a stonn.
He said he would blow up Fermi.
Fermi security personnel were notified and search procedures implemented. No bomb was discovered.
The licensee knows the identity of the caller. Earlier in the day, the local police department, in responding to a domestic disturbance at the individLal's home, found the alleged caller to be intoxicated. The individual has been involved in disturbances before, so police are aware of his conduct. -
Thr 7 ensee may pursue legal action against the individual.
