Semi-Annual Operating Report - Radioactive Effluents I Cooper Nuclear Station l
January 1. 1984, through June 30, 1984 NRC Docket No. 50-298, DPR-46 A typographical error was found in the first semiannual operating report for 1984 for Cooper Nuclear Station during a recent verification. The error is on Page A8 of the Effluent and Waste Disposal Report (Appendix A). Page A8 is Table 2A which is a summation of all liquid effluents released. The total release of Tritium in the second quarter was reported as < 1.91 E+01 C1. The value should read as < 1.91 E+00 C1.
Attached is a revision of Page A8 of Appendix A of the January 1, 1984, through June 30, 1984, semiannual report.
