This is in further response to your undated letter in which you requested, ,

pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), records related to fuel }

loading and/or low power testing of the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant; a copy of the damage claim against NRC filed by GPU on December 8, 1980; and a copy of the September 1980 report prepared by the NRC Office for the Analysis ,

and Evaluation of Operational Data (AE00) regarding interim equipment and  !

procedures at the Browns Ferry nuclear power plant to detect water in discharge.

By letter dated May 13, 1985, we forwarded to you copies of the documents you requested with the exception of the records concerning the fuel loading and low power testing at the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant. i The NRC staff has now completed its search and has identified the additional documents responsive to your request. Enclosed Appendix B is a list of the ]

documents subject to your request, which already have been made publicly available at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) in Washington, DC. We have also enclosed a notice which explains how you can order copies of documents e from the PDR.
