Besides Fermi 2, I know the program has been implemented at the Clinton plant owned by Illinois Power Co. ; Sales-2, owned by the Public Service .j Electric & Gas Co. ; the South Texas Project, owned by Houston Lighting & I Power Co. ;. and Comanche Peak, owned by the Texas Electric Utilities Co.

It also might be used by Public Service Electric & Gas Company's Hope ' Creek-1 plant.

I request copies of all documents concerning the SAFEIEAM program at the listed plants. These documents include, but are not limited to, inspection reports, notices of violation, correspondence with Detroit Edison or its

subsidiaries about SAFETBAM, and internal NRC documents concerning SAFETEAM.

I_ as making this request in sg capacity as a reporter for WTOL-TV. I hope to use the requested information for a news story.

If documents are denied in part or in whole, please specify which exemption (s) is (are) claimed for each passage or whole document denied.
