This letter is to provide special information concerning admittance of NRC and contract personnel to your facility. They are scheduled to inspect Waterford Unit 3 from May 7,1984, until further notice.
The personnel identified in Enclosure 1 will require unescorted and unrestricted access to the administrative offices, the protected areas, and vital areas (including CAS, SAS, and radiologically controlled areas) in order to view newly installed systems and equipment.
We request that abbreviated site orientation relevant to the issuance of badges, be afforded those personnel listed on Enclosure 1, if such training has not been previously provided.
As additional people are identified for work on the Waterford 3 Task Force, we will supplement this letter by faxing you their names and badge numbers.
Should you have any questions concerning this matter, we will be happy to discuss them with you.
