s ATTACHMENT E SEQUENCE OF TEST T-B 60A-3 REV.0 1.

Cut line 75Il-265 at SW#4 on Iso-IC-886. Weld a 1" threaded nipple to line 75Il-265.and attach the Hydro-pump and Test Gauge header.

2.

Install a information gauge and drain valve on valve 2SI-V1560-6.

3.

Loosen the break flanges on valves 2SI-R1529, 2SI-R1530A and 2SI-R1531A enough to vent air from the system.

4.

Install a gagging device in valves 2SI-R1529, 2SI-R1530A and 2SI-R1531A.

5.

Verify valve line-up and open valve 2SI-V1560-6.

6.

position a person at the information gauge to operate the drain valve if that piping should become pressurized.

7.

Fill the system through the Hydro-pump. Remake the break flanges indicated in step 3 when all the air is exhausted from the system.

8.

Pressurize the system to 300 psig and maintain while examining the system for leaks.

9.

When the system is proven to be free of leaks, pressurize the system in 100 psi increments with 2 minute intertals to design pressure (248S psig).

" HOLD!"

SAFETY NOTE:

If a leak occurs, lower pressure to the previously achieved pressure and make the necessary adjustments. After corrections are made, resume the sequence.

10. While holding at design pressure examine the system for leaks. When the system is proven to be free of leaks, notify all Test Parties.
11. When all Test Parties are present, presturize the system in 100 psi increments with 2. minute intervals to Test pressure (3130*'Opsig) and Maintain for a minimum of 10 minutes, then lower pressure to 2505t20psig and maintain while examining all permanent field welds, joints and connections.

12. When the Test is completed, relieve pressure at the Hydro-pump. Close /

t valve 2SI-V1560-9 and remove the Hydm-pump and Test Gauge header.

13. Close valve 2SI-V1560-6 and remove the information gauge.

14. Remove the 1" threaded nipple installed in step 1 and reweld line 7SIl-265.

Remove the gagging devices from the relief valves ijMEM<

16. Restore the system to post-test configuration.
