Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No.130 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.59.,10 CFR 50.90 and 10 CFR 50.91, GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, requests changes to Appendix A of that license. l This Technical Specification Change Request updates Section 4.5.F.1.b by revising the acceptance criteria for the combined leakage rate of all I penetrations and isolation valves subject to Type B and C testing.
This Technical Specification Change Request has been reviewed in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91(b)(1), a copy of this Technical Specification Change Request has been sent to the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. In addition, a check for $150.00 pursuant to 10 CFR 170.12 will be sent by a separate letter.
