Considering Oyster Creek's redundant isolation condensers, in addition to other existing j plant features, we believe that the hardened vent is only one option for t addressing your concern. We believe an opportunity to discuss our views with you, together with other affected isolation condenser plant licensees, is in order. We are advised that a mt.eting, coordinated by the BWR owners Group, has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 24, 1990 at the staff offices in Rockville and we are planning to attend.
