Docket No. 50-219 Facility Operating License No. DPR-16 Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No. 268 Isc!ation Condenser Motor Operated Valve Surveillance In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(1), please find enclosed Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No. 268.

GPU Nuclear requests that Technical Specification (TS) 4.8.A.1, contained in Appendix A of the Facility License, be changed to specify a surveillance frequency of once per three months.

Currently, Isolation Condenser specification 4.8.A.1 stipulates a surveillance frequency of once per month for verifying the operability of motor-operated isolation valves and condensate makeup valves. A summary of the proposed change is included as Attachment 1. The revised TS pages are provided as Attachment 2.

This license amendment application has undergone a safety review in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications and has been evaluated under the criteria of 10 CFR 50.92. If there are any questions or additional information is required, please contact Mr.
