This plan change was made in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p) in order to (1) reflect new titles for existing personnel positions; (2) include NRC, FBI and Local Law Enforcement notification requirements; and (3) include reference to a new plan entitled " Security Standby Plan / Counter Measures" which will be used in the event of a surface vehicle bomb threat.
The enclosed plan contains safeguards information and must be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
