This report is submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Code of Federal  ;

Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.73(a)(2)(i)(B). The licensee shall report any operation or condition prohibited by the Plant's Technical Specifications. j We are committing to the following actions:

1. QCAP 2200-03, Attachment A." Daily Work Addition / Work Carryover  ;

Sheet," will be revised by January 8,1999, to facilitate the Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) review of work additions. This will ensure /  :

appropriate limiting condition for operation (LCO) entries are identified /

and will require the Work Week Manager to review the work additions with the work package in hand.

l 2. A process will be proceduralized by January 29,1999, w ensure the

./ b 1 impact of the work on the plant will be adequately addressed in all work packages.
