Dear Mr. Powers:

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.119to Facility Operating License No. DPR 6 for the Big Rock Point Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Facility Operating License and Technical Specifications (1S) in response to your application dated April 30,1997. The amendment revises the Big Rock Point license and TS to reflect the company's name change from Consumers Power Company to Consumers Energy Company.
