By letter dated July 8,1988, you responded to NRC Bulletin 88-04, " Potential-

-Safety-Related Pump Loss." ' Your response stated that the applicable system designs' properly considered the concerns of the bulletin and that pump loss will not occur due to the sharing of a common mintnum flow discharge line or an insufficient minimum flow capacity.

Accordingly, your response has addressed tne issues in the bulletin, and we -

-are. closing the subject TAC. You are. reminded that an evaluation of your-actions in response to this bulletin should be docume;.ted and maintained at the station for. a minimum of two years. Further, NRC review, if any, will be by future auditing.
