Subject: NRC Region I Inspection No. 50-322/88-09
A routine, unannounced radiological safety inspection was conducted by Messrs.
H. Markley and T. Dragoun at the Shoreham Nuclear Power Station on
October 17-21, 1988. The inspection consisted of a review of radiation
protection program areas.
The findings of the inspection were discussed with
Mr. S. Skorupski and other members of your staff.
The inspection indicated that your program is fully capable of supporting
power operations or the current extended plant shutdown.
Within the scope of this review, no violations were identified.
No response
to this letter is required.
