Category C TAP Reports

Dear Mr. Crutchfield:

In response to a recent request from Mark Rubin, please find attached copies of each of the ten Category C TAP reports. Please note that the Recommendations Section is excluded. This is because you have previously indicated that this portion of the TAP reports is unnecessary for the performance of the intended Staff actions.

These reports deal with events at ANO-1, CR-3, Davis-Besse, and Rancho Seco. Agreement has been reached with Masrs.

J. T. Enos, E. C. Simpson, P. C. Hildebrandt, and R. A.

Dieterich to release the reports for their respective plants. Mr. Rubin requested the names of the individuals to whom he could direct followup questions pertaining to these reports. For the plants mentioned above, the appropriate persons and their telephone numbers are as follows:
