Dear Sir:
This letter confirms that Florida Power Corporation has completed -
the modifications to comply with 10 CPR 50. 62, Requirements for reduction of risk from anticipated transient without scram (ATWS) events. ,
The design of the CR-3 modifications was provided in Reference.A.
Reference B provided a safety evaluation report concluding the design was acceptable. The systems were put in service after testing during startup from Refuel 7. !
