Specification 6.12.2.6 and Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.3, Entergy Operations hereby submits the Semiannual Radiological Effluent Release Report for the first and second quarters of j 1990. This report is Attachment 1 to this letter. .
The Semiannual Radiological Effluent Release Report for the third and fourth H quarters of 1989 was submitted by letter dated March 1, 1990 (OCAN039003). l This report was corrected by letter dated April 16,.1990 (0CAN049009), to 1 include radiation dose data to members of the public due to their activities inside the site boundary.
During the Arkansas Nuclear One Safety Review Committee's review of the j third and fourth quarter of 1989 report and the correction to the report, it !
was determined that a more precise description'of the four unplanned releases that were summarized in the report was appropriate. Accordingly, !
a revised " Unplanned Release to Unrestricted Area" is attached (Attachment 2).
The revisions are denoted by revision bars. The additional details include the magnitude of each release. All other information contained in the {
previous two submittals is unchanged.
