In.accordance with 10CFR50.74(a), Florida Power Corporation hereby provides notice of Mr. Ricky E. Rawls' (OP 20274-1, Docket No. 5520215) and Mr. William A. Stephenson's (S0P-4391-3, Docket No. 55-8769) permanent reassignment from the position for which the need for their license was certified.

Mr. Rawls' R0 license and Mr. Stephenson's SRO license should be terminated as of August 17, 1990.
