Subject: Inspection Report No. 50-322/86-06

A routine preoperational safety inspection of your transportation program was

conducted by Mr. P. Clemons of this office on February 25-28, 1986. The find-

ings of this inspection were discussed with Mr. Steiger, and other members of

your staff, at the conclusion of the inspection on February 28, 1986.

Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I In-

spection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the

inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures and representative

records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspectors.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were noted.

No response to this letter is required.
