An NRC inspection was conducted November 4-7,1996, at your Trojan Nuclear Plant. l
The enclosed report presents the scope and results of that inspection.

The inspection covered the work in progress at Trojan related to the decommissioning of l
the facility. Specific areas reviewed during this inspection included emergency .
