Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Request No. 118 In accordance with 10CFR50.90 and 10CFR50.91 GPU Fuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16, requests reissuance of Appendix A of the license for clarity and format purposes only.
The subject Technical Specification Change Request provides a renovated copy of Appendix A of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Technical Specifications for reissuance in response to Mr. Crutchfield's letter of February 22, 1983. In that the enclosed document is being provided for clarification purposes and the convenience of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, no technical changes have been made. The editorial and clarification type changes indicated in the enclosed document were made in order to achieve consistency throughout the Technical Specifications and to correct errors that have inadvertently developed since its initial issuance.
Technical Specification Change Request No. 118 has been reviewed and approved by the Plant Operations Review Committee and the Inde)endent Safety Review Group in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creet Nuclece Generating Station Technical Specifications.
