OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE February 2002 The unit continues to operate at 100%, steady state power.

Maintenance Group Activities for the Month Instrument and Control Group Activities for the Month I&C completed the following work orders for February:

"* Replaced the TD AFW Pump discharge pressure switch

"* Rebuilt the SW regulator on 1B2 SW pump

"* Replaced N32 circuit card to return N32 to service

"* Moved SOV on Waste Gas analyzer for proper drain flow

"* Replaced a u-bolt for instrument tubing tray on SW temperature gauge Electrical Maintenance Performed preventative maintenance and surveillance procedures on the following equipment:

"* Buses 1 & 2 UV/`UF Relays

"* SP42-320A & B Auto Sequencer Relays

"* Buses 5 & 6 UV Relays

"* Station Batteries

"* Substation Batteries

"* Substation Inspection

"* Misc's PM's on Motors & Starters Work Orders:

"* Demobilize SGR Facilities

"* Repair of BAHT circuit 17

"* Upgrade of QA Vault

"* Various KAP CA for cable identification and lighting breaker replacements Mechanical Maintenance

"* Cleaned SW strainer for Aux Bldg A/C Compressor

"* Flushed/Performed flow verification/ performance monitoring on Aux Bldg Basement Cooling Coil 1A& I B

"* Inspected suction piping for presence of a strainer and changed oil on IA Spent Fuel Pool Pump

"* Trouble shooting and repair to 1B2 Traveling Water Screen

"* Repair fuel oil leak on the 1A Emergency Diesel Generator

"* Repaired SW-1200B, Residual Heat Pump Pit Fan Coil No. 1B

"* PM's on A, B, & C Charging Pump Dampeners
