KEWAUNEE SOLUTIONS October 13, 2022 KS-2022-010 U.S . Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn : Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555

Subject:

Resubmittal of Kewaunee Power Station Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Only Emergency Plan (IOEP) and IOEP- Emergency Action Level (EAL) Basis Document, Revision OKS Kewaunee Power Station NRC License No . DPR-43 NRC Docket Nos. 50-305 & 72-64

Reference:

1. Letter from Lynch, J. R. (Kewaunee Solutions), "Kewaunee Power Station Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Only Emergency Plan (IOEP) and IOEP- Emergency Action Level (EAL) Basis Document,"

dated July 27, 2022 In a previous submittal, dated July 27, 2022 (Reference 1), Kewaunee Solutions had inadvertently marked the Kewaunee Power Station (KPS) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Only Emergency Plan (IOEP) and ISFSI-Only Emergency Action Level (EAL) Basis Document as "Proprietary Information." This marking was removed as a minor change in accordance with the applicable procedure, without advancing the revision level of the documents.

The purpose of this letter is to resubmit Revision OKS of the KPS IOEP and ISFSI-Only EAL Basis Document in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5). These documents will be utilized by the new licensee, Kewaunee Solutions, Inc. (KS). Both documents are unchanged except a "KS" (Kewaunee Solutions) designator has been added to the current revision number and removal of the "Proprietary Information" markings. These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the plan and continues to meet the requirements in Appendix E of 10 CFR Part 50.

There are no regulatory commitments made in this submittal.
