(DEK) (collectively, the Applicants) submitted a license transfer application for the Kewaunee Power Station (KPS) (the LTA, Accession No. ML21131A141). The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRG) approved the transfer of License No. DPR-43 for KPS by order dated March 31, 2022 (the Order, Accession No. ML22014A392). The Order specified the following condition:

After receipt of all required regulatory approvals of the indirect license transfer, the Applicants shall inform the Director of NMSS in writing of such receipt and of the date of the closing of the transfer no later than five business days prior to the date of the closing of the transfer.

In accordance with this condition, the Applicants hereby inform NRG that all required regulatory approvals of the indirect license transfer have been received and the closing of the transfer is expected to occur on or about June 28, 2022.

The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW) voted to approve the transaction at its open meeting on May 18, 2022.
