ENCLOSURE 2 AMENDMENT NO. 11 TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-53
Docket Nos. 50-305 72-064 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-53 AMENDMENT NO. 11 Effective ________________, 2022, Indemnity Agreement No. B-53 between Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated July 13, 1972, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
The name Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. is deleted wherever it appears in the indemnity agreement.
Item 1 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is modified by adding:

Address 121 West Trade Street, Suite 2700 Charlotte, NC 28202 In light of the above, Indemnity Agreement No. B-53 is between Kewaunee Solutions, Inc. and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
