SUMMARY

The unit continues to operate at 100% steady state power.

Mechanical Maintenance:

  • Performed PMs on numerous safety related valves
  • Replaced trim in both feed regulating valves in support of power up rate
  • Replaced Pressurizer power operated relief valve block valves

It UNIT SHUTDOWNS Electrical Maintenance:

  • Replaced RCP A Motor with re-manufactured Westinghouse replacement
  • Performed 97 work activities on QA1 MOV's and associated MCC's
  • Performed 31 work activities on non QAl MOV's and associated MCC's
  • Performed 19 work activities on QAI motors (PM's/SP's)
  • Performed 31 work activities non QAI on motors (PM's/CWOs)
  • Performed 27 work activities on QAI circuit breakers/MCCs (PM's/SP's)
  • Performed 12 work activities on non QAI circuit breakers/MCCs (PM's/CWO's)
  • Performed 423 scheduled work activities in total for R26 I & C:
  • Rebuild Main Feedwater Regulating Valves (FW-7A/7B)
  • Installed new NUS R/E boxes
  • Installed new NUS dynamic boxes
  • Calibrated many plant parameters to reflect the new plant operating numbers for Power Uprate
  • Rebuild Pressurizer PORV AOV's (PR-2A/2B)
  • Replace 8 ESF Hi-Steam flow relays due to age
  • Perform AOV testing on SW Shroud Cooling AOV's
  • Individual Rod Position Indication (IRPI) work, including:
  • Replace IRPI card edge connectors to address potential contact issues
  • Perform extended calibration of the IRPrs to facilitate online calibration if needed
  • Performed 602 I&C activities during the outage
