5/9 1506 Reactor Trip on Low Low Steam Cenerator Level, Unit enterk MODE 3. Lost level due to loss of Feedwater to on0 Steam Generator due to Technician error working on Pressure transmitter for Feedwater Cdntrol. LER 90 013 to follow.

  • 1022 Unit entered MODE 2 experiencing problems with a Feedwater Control Valve.

Subsequently determined that disk had separated from the stem. Vane was I repaired.

5/14 0308- Unit entered MODE 1.

5/22 0931 Unit entered MODE 3 as a preplanned result of Loss of Offsite Power Test o' Initial Startup Program. During the resulting plant trip, one RCS PORV tifted for approximately 4 seconds (normal response).

5/25 2112 Unit entered MODE 2.
