WehavereviewedGL88-02carefully andweareconducting afurtherstudyofalltheramifications ofanISAPII.Thecostofimplementing theISAPIIisaconcern.Wearenowinthefinalstagesofcompleting manyofthepost-Three MileIslandandSalemATWS-related requirements'hese projectshavebeenexpensive, and,whencoupledwithourownimprovements suchastheSteamGenerator Replacement project,haveplacedagreatburdenontheconsumerinthecostofgenerated power.Weappreciate thefactthatcommitment:
