Thank you very much for your recent letter objecting to the con-struction of the Shearon Harris nuclear power plant.I can cer-tainly understand and.appreciate your concerns.Generally speaking, the Congress has no direct authority over the approval or disanproval of construction licenses for nuclear power plants.That authority rests pith the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
