I am sorry that you and I have been missing one another on the phone.
This letter is in response to your inquiry regarding an answer to your second set of discovery requests on Joint Contention II.
It appears that the bulk of the information you requested is contained in Mr. Eddleman's files.
Mr. Eddleman's files are con-structed in such a way that it is virtually impossible for anyone else to find anything in them.
Mr. Eddleman is, and has been, swamped with work responding to your di'scovery requests and other matters connected with the Shearon Harris proceeding.
It appears that he will not be able to find the information that you request until sometime after the first of September.
As for your concern about filing a motion for summary dispo-sition, our inability to respond should obviously not prejudice you.
Joint Intervenors will not object to the timeliness of any motion for summary disposition filed on this' contention within a reasonable time after you receive our response to your discovery.
