Dear Ms. Greenblatt:

Enclosed are the resumes on the Managing Consultants and the Project Engineers to be employed in analyzing and assessing the Physical Security Plan of the Sharon Harris Nuclear Plant.

Each Project Engineer will concentrate on a specialty. All Engineers are extensively cross-trained in more than two of the specialties depicted, except aviation, and will provide a fully integrated analysis team.
