Dear Dr. Sinha:

This is in response to your letter of June 30, 1992, concerning late submittal of the groundwater withdrawal report for the first quarter of 1992. The subject report was due April 20, 1992, but was sent to you on May 5, 1992.

The delay in mailing the report was due to delays experienced in our* internal routing procedures for such correspondence, and simple oversight._ At that time, the reports were being forwarded from the station to our offices here in Richmond to be subsequently mailed to you. Since then, the process has been changed so that future reports will be sent in directly from the Surry Power Station to avoid such delays.
